On the nose we have peachy aromas raised up by salty notes. The palate is very precise and pure with flavors of sweet apple ad pear underligned by a savoury minerality.
Since 1987, Domaine Wilfrid Rousse has extended over 19.5 hectares between the communes of Savigny-en-Veron, Beaumont-en-Veron and Chinon. It is made up of 18 hectares planted with Cabernet Franc with which Wilfrid makes the red wine vintages and half a hectare of Chenin completes the plot. The Estate is managed in Organic Agriculture.
