The Cinsault grapes come from an organic domaine in Languedoc. The wine is greedy with pugnent aromas of crunchy little red fruits topped with white flowers hints. The palate is extremly pleasant and juicy with very little tannins.
Jean-Louis Dutraive is at the head of domaine de la Grand Cour since 1989. He is one of the leader in Beaujolais organic and natural wine scene and probably one of the region most important characters. Always here to give a hand to fellow winemakers, a word to young people settling down or a warm welcome to visitors. His wines are like him: generous and highly explosive.
