Montmains is a wine that is produced from two distinct parcels with clay over limestone. The resulting wine is powerful and bold, and it is known to be one of the most age-worthy wines produced by the domain. With proper storage, Montmains can age gracefully for up to 15 years.
Domaine Duplessis draws on the experience of five generations of winemakers. The estate has produced, since its conversion in 2010 and its certification in 2013, organic wines respectful of the Chablis appellation. Today it is Lilian Duplessis who runs the Domaine of 10 hectares.
