The new Bonnet Cotton Beaujolais is a fresh and fruity wine with notes of small red fruits such as raspberries and cherries. It has a light body and pairs well with a variety of dishes.
Pierre Cotton made his first cuvee called ?100% Cotton'. Following the success of his first wine, Pierre fully took over the family domain in 2015. With his partner Marine Bonnet, they work with a common vision for the future and sustainability of vine cultivation. Today the estate covers 12 hectares in the Beaujolais, Brouilly, Cote de Brouilly, Regnie and Fleurie appellations.
