This wine is highly aromatic and floral, with a smooth, round texture. Often referred to as the "feminine" wine of the C?te de Nuits, it displays elegance and finesse. The vines grow on a marl and clay-limestone subsoil, with a calcareous brown layer in the topsoil, adding complexity.
This 9 hectares estate located in Gevrey Chambertin owns an exciting vineyards. In total it's no less than 47 parcels that the domaine is vinifying. In addition to Premier Cru and Grand Cru holdings, it also produces an interesting selection of single vineyards village wines.
