The chardonnay old vines grow on a marl terroir. The wine is aged on lees for two years in barrels. This naturally vinified wine shows lovely aromas of peach and citrus interweaved with vanilla and nuts. The palate is crisp and sophisticated with a floral finish of incredible length.
Jean Francois Ganevat has been elected winemaker of the year in 2018. He produces astonishing wines from the best terroirs of the Jura region which showcase the best expression of the region' s native varieties. He also crafts a range of pop and drink Vins de France blended out from fruits bought all over France
