The Coteaux Nantais company was created in 1943 by Jacques Moreau's uncle, and has never stopped evolving since the beginning. Starting with one person and 2 hectares, passing the organic production in the 70's, they now have 77 hectares and 29 employees to keep the tradition of these great products alive. The fruits picked for this puree have been meticulously selected before being stewed. A hint of vanilla is added, just enough to give a bit of jazz to this product without having to add more sugar.
