The Beillevaire adventure started 30 years ago in Machecoul, in the South of the Loire- Atlantic. Pascal Beillevaire used to sell the cream and the milk from his production and one summer, decided to find some new products all around France with Claudine, his wife. That's how his passion for it was born.
