This Vin de France is made out of grapes grown in Burgundy near Macon. The wine goes through a 3 years ageing on its lees in large foudres. The nose displays notes of candied lemon, exotic fruits and sweet spices. The palate is lean with great purity and offers a lovely mineral finish.
Jean Francois Ganevat has been elected winemaker of the year in 2018. He produces astonishing wines from the best terroirs of the Jura region which showcase the best expression of the region' s native varieties.
