Complex nose on notes of ripe red fruits and fennel. The palate offers silky and very well integrated tannins. The finish is fresh thanks to subtle anis notes.
Clotaire Michal started his career in the Rhone Valley and settled a few years ago in Beaujolais. He's producing only two cuvees vinified in a natural style giving birth to wonderfully concentrated gamay wines.
