A blend of chardonnay from Jura and Burgundy and riesling from a biodynamic vineyard in Alsace. All the grapes are vinified together and the wine is aged for 1 year in old oak barrels. The nose is pure with citrusy and honeysuckle aromas. The rich palate is perfectly balanced with great tension.
Jean Francois Ganevat has been elected winemaker of the year in 2018. He produces astonishing wines from the best terroirs of the Jura region which showcase the best expression of the region' s native varieties. He also crafts a range of pop and drink Vins de France blended out from fruits bought all over France.
