This raw cow milk cheese is milky with some fresh nuts aromas and hints of spices. The paste is firm and uniform and the rind brown, dry and not really regular.
AOC since 2002, the Tome des Bauges is produced in the Bauges massif situated between Savoie and Haute Savoie departments.
