This wine is crafted from grapes grown in siliceous clay soil. It has undergone fermentation and aging in oak barrels, resulting in a well-balanced and pure bouquet. The Gendrier family has been producing wine at Domaine des Huards since 1846, using organic and biodynamic practices since 1998. They are located in Cour-Cheverny, between the Loire and Sologne regions, and produce wines under the AOC Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny, 100% Romorantin. The family has been making wines from this grape since 1922 and all their wines are made solely from grapes grown on their biodynamic vineyards.
