A former 14th Century Manor house with 5 hectares of land located in the heart of a peaceful and hilly green environment in Monein, Atlantic Pyrenees. he estate as a whole offers a rich biodiversity with a large variety of plants, fruits and cereals and animal visits from sheep in the winter to bees the rest of the year. Farming methods have always been organic, applying specifications like ban of synthetic chemicals but going even further towards biodynamic methods valuing living organisms, in its entirety and moving towards the direction of a more sustainable agriculture.
