Silk Blue is an intensely aromatic and vivid Poulsard with swirling aromas of wild strawberry, cranberry, black pepper and violets. Silky and fresh on the palate with an underlying earthiness and a long finish.

This biodynamic domain is working closely with nature. They grow wild flowers, leguminous plants and cereals between vineyard rows and are focused on the  diversity in his vineyards with lots of native fruits surrounding the vines.  The wines are all very unique and aromatically wild, nicely textured and generous
