This Bourgogne Chitry Blanc showcases an intense nose of white flowers and citrus. The palate is lean and underlined by a high acidity. The straight forwards fruit flavours lead to a really refreshing finish.
Olivier Morin owns 12 hectares in the very north of Burgundy next to Chablis. He's working with old vines and no external input to let the terroir express itself as much as possible.
