Ruby robe with bright highlights. The bouquet is intense with blackcurrant, strawberry and plum with a slight vanilla aroma. In mouth, a lot of roundness with slight crisp.

Jerome owns 4 hectares including 2 hectares of Grand Cru spread across Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint Denis, Charmes-Chambertin and Clos de Vougeot. In parallel, Jerome is running a high quality negoce business covering 3 hectares and increasing the range of wines. The vines are farmed according to biodynamic principles although the vineyard is not certified. Jerome never used herbicides or pesticides and plows the soil. He believes in full ripeness and often harvest late in order to reach the perfect moment.
