A mix of dark red fruits with hints of undergrowth and woody tones on the nose. On the palate, a balance between red fruits and minerality. With slight herbal notes on the end.
Jerome owns 4 hectares including 2 hectares of Grand Cru spread across Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint Denis, Charmes-Chambertin and Clos de Vougeot. In parallel, Jer?me is running a high quality negoce business covering 3 hectares and increasing the range of wines. The vines are farmed according to biodynamic principles although the vineyard is not certified. Jer?me never used herbicides or pesticides and plows the soil. He believes in full ripeness and often harvest late in order to reach the perfect moment.
