Produced since 2015 this cuvee is made out of grapes cultivated on a parcel located in Chambercy (20km away from Cumieres) and blended with the Cumieres reserve wine. Mainly made out of Pinot Meunier, vinified in barrels and slightly dose, this champagne shows a charming fruity nose. The palate is round and amazingly well balanced by a pungent acidity.
Based in the Premier Cru village of Cumieres, Vincent Laval is farming a bit less than 3 hectares in the Vallee de la Marne. His father Georges was one of the first producer to obtain the organic certificate in 1971. Selling part of his grape to the negociants until 2014, Vincent is now one of the most confidential and look after winemaker in Champagne.
