The vinification process for this Champagne is slow fermentation in barrels, ageing on lees, and more than 36 months. Complex nose, very aromatic filled with notes of toast, cinnamon, red apples and berries. On the palate, acidity prevails giving a lot of freshness followed by the depth of red berries, apples and cinnamon.
