The vines have been planted in 2012 on the very top of the Cornas hill. Given that, the plot benefits from a lot of sunshine. This gives a thin and elegant wine with aromatic purity and precise tannins.
Guillaume is a very talented young winemaker. After learning from the best producers in northern Rhone he settled on one of the best granitic terroir of Cornas: Les Chaillots. He's crafting there wines which wonderfully combine power and finesse.
