Les Grilles is a 100% Gamay wine produced from a 1.5ha plot located next to the winery in Odenas. The special combination of pink, yellow, and red granite in this parcel makes it unique and often results in a rich and flavorful wine. It was the first single-vineyard parcel produced by Cotton.
Pierre Cotton made his first cuvee called ?100% Cotton'. Following the success of his first wine, Pierre fully took over the family domain in 2015. With his partner Marine Bonnet, they work with a common vision for the future and sustainability of vine cultivation. Today the estate covers 12 hectares in the Beaujolais, Brouilly, Cote de Brouilly, Regnie and Fleurie appellations.
