Aged in concrete eggs, the wine shows an intense and fresh nose opening on lily, citrus fruits and fennel hints, typical of Rolle. The palate is straight, with a round texture and a fruity finish.
Chateau La Martinette is a lovely estate loated in Provence which on top of wines also produces olives and vegetables. The 42 hectares (111 acres) of vineyards in the C?tes de Provence appellation undergoing conversion to organic growing, protected by 350 hectares (863 acres) of woods, olive trees, lavender fields and hillside terraces.
