This Cotes du Jura is grown on limestone and marles soil. It is fermented and aged for 3 years on lees in 350 liters barrels. The nose displays a stunning minerality alongside white flowers aroms. The palate is lean and offers a great mineral and acidic tension which will allow the wine to age for several years. The finish is powerful with a great sense of saltiness.
Jean Francois Ganevat has been elected winemaker of the year in 2018. He produces astonishing wines from the best terroirs of the Jura region which showcase the best expression of the region' s native varieties. He also crafts a range of pop and drink Vins de France blended out from fruits bought all over France.
