Les Miracules?is a cuvee made from?Chardonnay?grapes which miraculously resisted to frost, coming from different plots on several terroirs. It was vinified without input, with indigenous yeasts and not fined or filtered, without adding sulfur. The wine was aged for?3 years in 600 litres barrels.
Jean Francois Ganevat has been elected winemaker of the year in 2018. He produces astonishing wines from the best terroirs of the Jura region which showcase the best expression of the region's native varieties. He also crafts a range of pop and drink Vins de France blended out from fruits bought all over France.
