Les Resistants?is made from a blend of different plots on several terroirs of?Savagnin, due to frost. It was vinified without input, with indigenous yeasts, not fined or filtered, without adding sulfur. The wine was aged for?3 years in 600 litres barrels.
Jean Francois Ganevat has been elected winemaker of the year in 2018. He produces astonishing wines from the best terroirs of the Jura region which showcase the best expression of the region's native varieties. He also crafts a range of pop and drink Vins de France blended out from fruits bought all over France.
