This Crozes-Hermitage, 100% Syrah, 50 to 86 year old vines. Almost entirely de-stemmed. Press and maceration in stainless steel and fibreglass tanks for 28 to 34 days. Wild yeast fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in 5 year old barrels with 100% natural yeasts.
