This blend of mourvedre, grenache and carignan offers a nose of high intensity showing aromas of very ripe fruits, almost jammy. The palate is firmly structured and delivers flavours of ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry. Despite the ripeness, the wine offers a refreshing acidity.
Val?rie Guerin is the woman behind the wines of domaine Les Milles Vignes. Highly looked after in the best wine bars of the world, the wines show an tremendous level of purity and finesse. Val?rie is farming her vines organically and is barely acting in the cellar.
