This delightful Gamay is one of Pierre's more delicate and floral cuvees. The wine's palate is dominated by high-toned notes of strawberries, raspberries, rose petals, crushed violets, and granite.
Pierre Cotton made his first cuvee called ?100% Cotton'. Following the success of his first wine, Pierre fully took over the family domain in 2015. With his partner Marine Bonnet, they work with a common vision for the future and sustainability of vine cultivation. Today the estate covers 12 hectares in the Beaujolais, Brouilly, Cote de Brouilly, Regnie and Fleurie appellations.
