This relatively strong pinot is aged in barrel with 20% of new oak. It is a well structured wine with rather firm tannins and good potential for ageing.
Pascal Danjean who bottled his first vintage in 1993 has key holdings in the small town of Givry on the Cote Chalonnaise. Most of his parcels are classified as premier cru and produce serious pinots.
