Lovely purple robe with violet hues. The first bouquet is made up of red berries and spices complemented by notes of vanilla and caramel. This nose is very complex with plenty of finesse and intensity. The attack is powerful but has melted tannins. Its length is exceptional with a perfect balance between fruit and spices.
Since the 11th century, Mas du Novi, a former dependency of the Abbey of Valmagne, has been producing wine on one of the most beautiful wine estates of the Languedoc, on the last hillside of the Cevennes range before the Mediterranean, at an altitude of 150 metres. Today the estate comprises 42 hectares of organic vineyards and is set in 60 hectares of woods and scrub land of the Languedoc Gres de Montpellier and the IGP Pays D?Oc wine regions.
