This charming wine moves from the aromas of wild strawberry and rose petals to a light, fragrant, fresh feel on the palate. The colour and body are deceptively light, yet there is a bit of grip on the palate.
Amelie is now in charge of the domaine. She heritated the vineyard of Fixin and Gevrey Chambertin from her father's family and the one of Vosne Romanee, Chambolle Musigny and Vougeot from her mother. She produces very elegant and remarkably fruit driven wines.The estate now covers 18 hectares, mainly in Fixin, but also Gevrey Chambertin, Vosne Romanee and Flagey Echezeaux. The production only of wines of Controlled Designation of Origin is 90% red.
