Semi-hard cheese, a bit hard with an authentic dusty rind. The ewe's cheese with a lot of character is a bit sharp, milky with a hint of salt.
Bastelicaccia is a semi hard cheese made near by Porticcio in Corsica. It is a rustic tomme around 500 g it has the particularity to be produce with the Corsica breed of ewe it pastures near by the sea. This terroir give a typicity to the cheese.
