Its rind is fluffy, white, and its paste is very dense, moist, fragile and creamy like butter. Young, the fresh and milky flavours will be accompanied by a tangy and tonic taste which progressively gets a mushroomy and buttery aroma on the palate.
Created in 1969 by the parents of the actual leader, Delin, the company started collecting the milk from different farmers around Burgundy. Since 1980, to our delight, the Delin family, started to create triple cream cheese. The main part of the production is traditionally made by hand.
