This Menetou Salon has a clear red color. The nose shows aromas of raspberry and spices. The palate is fresh and well structured with an impressive acidity. It opens up on a complex mix of hearthy, vegetal and fruity flavors.
Used to be seen as a poor Sancerre, Menetou Salou is now hosting great winemakers producing vibrant wines at very good price. Domaine Henri Pelle is definitely one of them.
