Grown on south facing vines, this sauvignon blanc is very expressive and generous. On the nose, lime and minerals express themselves fully. The palate is powerful with a strong citrus aroma underlined by crisp acidity.
Used to be seen as a poor Sancerre, Menetou Salou is now hosting great winemakers producing vibrant wines at very good price. Domaine Henri Pelle is definitely one of them.
