The nose is flowery with a discreet note of vanilla.The wines are very delicate, supple, racy, elegant, mineral and fresh to the mouth at the beginning. Then, warm and fat they show great wealth with many flavours of fruit, grills, with honey at the end.
Jean-Philippe Fichet has been based in Cote de Beaune since 1981, where he vinified his first vintage at just 20 years old. Jean-Philippe has one conviction: the quality of a wine depends above all on the quality of the work in the vineyard. Hishis Meursault, like his other vintages from Burgundy or Auxey-Duresses, are models of elegance. Fine, mineral but also generous, they will, without a doubt, satisfy demanding chardonnay lovers.
