The Clos des Citots cider house was created in 1998. The cider orchard was planted from the winter of 1992 on meadows. This orchard has about fifteen varieties of cider apples. The wide varieties allow the balance of flavors according to the products produced.This orange-colored cider benefits from more fruity aromas with hints of prune. It is sweeter than other ciders and less alcoholic.
