This organic chardonnay is fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aged in barrels it offers a lean nose of citrus and vanilla hints. The palate is nicely structured with a crisp kick of freshly picked fruits. It goes all the way down to a mineral and bitter finish. The next sip is mandatory!!
