Exotic fruits such as pineapple, along with peach airs circulate on the bouquet. The palate has a buttery, immediate debut. There?s an underlying Marsanne nuttiness lining the palate as a couch. The aftertaste is tangy, spice and nougat.

After 10 years of learning from some famous winemakers in France and Spain, Julien Pilon started his own domaine in 2010 and used to describe himself as a oelandless winemaker? as he started with rented vines. Today, Julien is working 5 hectares of vines, some owned, some rented and he is still buying grapes on the side for most of the production. The vines are farmed organically and the domaine just started the certification process. 80 percent of Julien?s production is white. He strives to produce white wines with flesh but with maximum freshness too. He wants to make balanced and precise whites.
