This Saint Joseph is vinified and aged in oak using barrels of 1 to 5 years old. The nose is pure and fresh with aromas of white fruits, apricot and white flowers. The palate displays the charming texture of the Northern Rhone white in a more dynamic and salty way.
Aurelien Chatagnier is known as one of the best young winemakers in the Rhone Valley region. He's crafting very pure and lean wines from organically farmed vineyards. A producer who deserves all our attention.
