This Sancerre is vinified in stainless steel tank (50%) and barrels (50%) and aged for 8 months. The nose reveals intense aromas of white fruits and citrus. Although the palate is full bodied there is a great freshness coming from high acidity and minerality.
In the famous appelation of Sancerre, domaine Claude Riffault produces intense organic wines on clay and limestone soils wich allows the vines to root deep down.
