A clean and sharp profile with fine aromas of yellow and white fruits with subtle floral touches. Slight roundness that brings a little structure.
Despite their tiny size and very limited volumes, Martine and Christian Rouchier are making some of the most thought after wines in the northern Rhone, reaching a level of depth in their wines that very can reach. A vineyard of 2 hectares farmed biodynamically, no use of sulphur throughout the whole vinification process and long ageing in neutral oak.
