Also blends of Mondeuse from Savoie and Pinot Noir from Alsace. Aged 10 months in a large wooden vat. Biodynamic wine with medium coloured robe and light bodied. This red is highly mineral on the nose, with red fruits and notes of straw. On the palate, fruits, medium tannins and earthy note deliver a savoury wine.
