This pure grenache comes from an old vine grown on schist. Vinified with care and aged for seven month in old oak. The wine is very fresh, floral and elegant. Very pleasant to drink now it can also be cellared for several years.
A very young winemaker settled in Saint Chinian - Languedoc. He wroks organically, plough with horses and do not use any input in the cellar except for a tiny little bit of sulphur at bottling.
