This 100% pinot noir shows a concentrated nose of mulberry and raspberry. The palate is light and very digest. The texture is soft and the finish displays a hint of saltiness.
Olivier Morin owns 12 hectares in the very north of Burgundy next to Chablis. He's working with old vines and no external input to let the terroir express itself as much as possible.
