The vinification process for this Champagne is a slow fermentation in barrels, ageing on lees, for more than 36 months. Complex nose, very aromatic filled with notes of toast, cinnamon, red apples and berries. On the palate, acidity prevails giving a lot of freshness followed by the depth of red berries, apples and cinnamon.
Two of Champagne?s rising stars, Raphael and Vincent Bereche are putting their personal stamp on their thoughtfully-run domaine. Their wines display charming fruit and a strong stony minerality. Stunning Champagne within elegance, power and balance.
