This Cornas is a blend between two plots of the Chaillots terroir vinified separately. After 18 months ageing in oak, the blend gives an amazingly complex wine with stunning flesh.
Guillaume is a very talented young winemaker. After learning from the best producers in northern Rhone he settled on one of the best granitic terroir of Cornas: Les Chaillots. He's crafting there wines which wonderfully combine power and finesse.
