It showcases beautifully the varietal character of the syrah grape. A nose of red and black fruits with hint of peppery spicies. The palate is well structured and very balanced. The concentrated black fruits flavours are leading to a powerfull finish with ripe and firm tannins.
Based in Gervans, Laurent Habrard is a passionate winemaker. His domaine is certified organic since 2013 and since then there has been no SO2 added during vinification. Bother reds and whites are worth trying.
