Bright ruby robe, the nose is all about strawberries, mulberries and floral notes with violet and rose. On the palate silky tannins bring a delicate texture to the wine. Full-bodied for a Burgundy balanced on the fruit.

Jerome owns 4 hectares including 2 hectares of Grand Cru spread across Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint Denis, Charmes-Chambertin and Clos de Vougeot. In parallel, Jerome is running a high quality negoce business covering 3 hectares and increasing the range of wines. The vines are farmed according to biodynamic principles although the vineyard is not certified. Jerome never used herbicides or pesticides and plows the soil. He believes in full ripeness and often harvest late in order to reach the perfect moment.
